3. Warranties

We provide a 1-year warranty on all plant installations and 2-year warranty on hardscape work, subject to proper maintenance and care.

We carry comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the contract value of services provided.

5. Cancellation

Projects may be cancelled with 48-hour notice. Cancellation fees may apply for work already completed or materials ordered.
